<i>In Situ</i> Synchrotron High-Pressure X-ray Analysis for ZnO with Rocksalt Structure

چکیده

Zinc oxide (ZnO) with a rocksalt crystal structure is attractive because of the bandgap which lies in range visible light absorption (1.2–2.6 eV). However, not stable at ambient pressure and temperature according to an equilibrium phase diagram. Nevertheless, this study demonstrates, for first time, that it possible realize 100% fraction temperature. ZnO powder initially processed by severe plastic deformation under high through technique high-pressure torsion (HPT). The HPT-processed then examined using application system available BL04B1 SPring-8 situ X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis conducted pressures elevated temperatures. It shown initial presence produced HPT process effective attain structure.
